Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and on-boarding.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Create job postings and recruitment marketing materials in both English and Spanish.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Experience:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Hospitality experience is preferred
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition.
Familiarity with sales techniques for effective candidate engagement.
Strong proficiency in ATS or applicant tracking systems.
