Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and on-boarding.

  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

  • Create job postings and recruitment marketing materials in both English and Spanish.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.

Experience:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Hospitality experience is preferred

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition.

  • Familiarity with sales techniques for effective candidate engagement.

  • Strong proficiency in ATS or applicant tracking systems.

  • Exceptional relationship management skills to foster strong candidate and client connections.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse audiences.

  • Experience in conducting employee orientations and on-boarding procedures.

  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques for proactive candidate outreach.

  • Knowledge of contract management principles for successful hiring processes.

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation activities to attract top talent.
