Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet the hotel’s high cleanliness and presentation standards
Replace linens, towels, and amenities to ensure rooms are fully stocked and guest-ready
Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and tidy all assigned spaces, paying close attention to detail
Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering exceptional service that enhances their stay
Report any maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, or room status updates to supervisors
Keep housekeeping carts organized and well-stocked for daily efficiency
Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Assist team members in maintaining cleanliness in shared and public areas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines
Positive attitude and dedication to creating a comfortable and welcoming guest experience
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to lift light to moderate loads, bend, and stand for extended periods.
